Refund

 

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please choose carefully.

 

Damaged Goods

 

Any damaged goods should be notified by email us at knittingwithrainbows@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace immediately if any goods are damaged during delivery. Replacement items are subject to availability, and if we do not have that particular item stocked we will keep you informed as to when delivery will be made. Please ensure all damaged goods are returned to us in their original and unused condition, with their original packing within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

 

Exchange

 

If you do need to exchange an item it must be returned within 7 days. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging ).Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then provide you with a store credit or requested exchange. 

Please email us at knittingwithrainbows@gmail.com advising your order number and which item(s) you wish to return. Once confirmed we will suggest the address to send your items back.

Customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returning your items. When exchanging a $7 re-delivery charge will be charged. 

Due to product nature we can not accept any returns or exchanges on Patterns and tools.
